We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 (before tax).

5. Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Reshipping fees will apply if the package is returned to us

Astroil Store is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as missing by the customer.
For missing packages:

  • We will assist you if needed, but cannot issue refunds until the carrier completes their investigation
