1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Items must include all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods (food, supplements, liquids)
- Health & hygiene items (beauty tools, opened cosmetics, baby feeding products)
- Any item marked “Final Sale”
2. Return Process
To start a return:
- Contact us at [your support email] with your order number.
- Wait for our approval and return instructions.
- Ship the product back to us using the provided return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the product and packaging.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Your refund will be approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Wrong size
- Wrong color
- Defective or damaged items
All exchange requests must be made within 30 days.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
